Heather Berry is very good at what she does. When I was looking for a home I asked of her to see a lot of houses. Every time I called her she got back to me in minutes she could meet me at anytime in wanted and anywhere I wanted to see a property even out of Longmont. Has awesome knowledge of the areas and when you go look at properties with heather they are very planned out on time schedules. I have to add she even goes beyond the call of duty of just selling me a property. I had a FHA loan and we had problems with the outside paint not passing inspection and some paint touch up work needed to be done. Heather Berry came to my house on a weekend two days in a row and helped my family and I do some paint touch up work. There are very few people in this world that would have done this for somebody they don't even know to well. She became a friend at that point more so than a business associate.

It was actually BETTER because it already had a fence, landscaping, sprinkler system and finished basement (which the other home did not have). Heather was very expedient in getting my offer to the seller, and she was critical to the communication process. Heather went above and beyond the parameters of her job. She let contractors in and out for me when I couldn't leave the office, and once we closed she even purchased a complimentary house cleaning for us, in addition to the thoughtful housewarming gifts she had already given us.
